Low calorie chicken, cabbage and celery stir fry. Ingredients:
10 oz chicken |
1 tbsp vegetable oil |
6 cups of cabbage |
3 stalks of celery |
1/2 cup mushrooms |
1 carrot |
1 tbsp peanut sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into small strips. 2. Heat oil at medium heat. 3. Cook chicken until no longer pink. 4. Combine cabbage, celery, carrot and mushrooms. 5. Cook at medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. 6. Add peanut sauce. |
