Good, simple non-greasy burrito recipe Ingredients:
8 flour tortilla |
2 pounds chicken breast |
1 cup corn |
1/2 bell pepper |
1/2 onion |
3 tbls olive oil |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute the chicken in olive oil until cooked. 2. Remove chicken and chop into bite-size pieces. 3. Saute veggies in olive oil until onions are translucent. 4. Stir chicken into veggies and saute another minute for flavor. 5. Heat 1 tortilla in a pan in a little olive oil. 6. Add chicken & veggies to warm tortilla. 7. Sprinkle cheese on top. 8. Fold the tortilla over to make a burrito. |
