Basic chicken burrito filling Ingredients:
8 ounces grilled chicken |
1/2 cup sliced onion |
1/2 cup sliced green pepper |
1 tbsp. olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and green peppers in olive oil until soft and onions are slightly browned. 2. Add thawed chicken, cut into thin strips. 3. Cook until chicken is nicely browned. 4. Place 1/4 of the filling into each of 4 tortilla wraps. 5. Add favorite ingredients - shredded low fat cheese, plain yogurt, lowfat sour cream, picante salsa,black olives, etc. 6. Don't forget to add your tortilla wraps and condiments to the calorie count! |
