I used chicken breasts, that I ground up in a food processor. Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
2 egg whites |
1/4 cup green pepper, diced |
1/4 cup celery, diced |
1/2 tbsp thyme |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Separate into 5 patties. 3. Grill 4 min/side or until no longer pink. |
