Use canisters of stuffing mix NOT the box because it has breadcrumbs and seasoning combined. Serve the burgers on a bun with a side of fries. YUM! Ingredients:
1 cup chicken flavor stuffing mix |
1/2 cup boiling water |
2 (16 ounce) cans premium white chicken meat, in water,drained |
1 egg |
1 large carrot, peeled and grated |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1/2 cup cranberry sauce |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl combine stuffing mix with boiling water. 2. Let cool 3 minutes. 3. Stir in chicken, egg and grated carrot until well blended. 4. Gently shape mixture into 4 burgers. 5. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. 6. Cook burgers for 10 minutes, turning once or until golden brown. 7. Serve topped with cranberry relish. |
