A lower fat/ lower calorie burger Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chicken |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons mustard |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute the onion and garlic together until soft and slightly brown. 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together. 3. Divide into 8 even portions. 4. Shape into burger patties. 5. Coat a fry pan in spray oil and fry the burgers until thoroughly cooked, turning once. |
