A lower fat/ lower calorie burger
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chicken
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Saute the onion and garlic together until soft and slightly brown.
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
3. Divide into 8 even portions.
4. Shape into burger patties.
5. Coat a fry pan in spray oil and fry the burgers until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
