Easy recipe that everyone has loved so far! The recipe originally came from a Pillsbury cookbook from the grocery store, but after experimenting a bit this is what I came up with!
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons butter
pepper
1 (16 ounce) container spreadable garlic cheese
1 (8 ounce) crescent rolls
2 tablespoons butter
mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet on medium heat.
2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with pepper. Saute about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
3. While chicken is cooking, roll out crescent rolls to make 4 rectangles.
4. Spread garlic-cheese on each crescent rectangle.
5. When the chicken is browned, place each breast in the center of a rectangle.
6. Wrap the chicken in the crescent rectangles.
7. Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 350°F.
8. During the last 5 minutes in the oven, spread melted butter onto the bundles and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning.
