Chicken & Broccoli Cheesy Pasta |

Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) rigatoni dry |
2 cup(s) broccoli florets & stems fresh or frozen |
2 pound(s) chicken whole roasted |
5 ounce(s) cheese w/ garlic & herbs semi-soft |
1 cup(s) milk |
1/4 cup(s) dried tomatoes in oil drained, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper fresh ground |
parsley (optional) fresh snipped |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan cook pasta, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking, (more if frozen). While pasta is cooking, remove meat from roasted chicken & coursely chop it & salt it. Drain pasta & broccoli; set aside. 2. In same saucepan combine cheese, milk, tomatoes, pepper and salt. Cook & stir until cheese is melted. Add pasta, broccoli & chicken; heat through. If necessary, thin with additional milk. Sprinkle parsley. |
