Stir fried chicken & broccoli Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast |
1 cup broccoli, chopped |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add the olive oil to a hot skillet. Chop the chicken and broccoli into bite size pieces. Add the chicken and brown slightly. Add the broccoli and cook until chicken is completely done and broccoli is browned. Remove to a bowl and add soy sauce. Salt and pepper lightly if desired. |
