I have had this recipe for years. It's a reproduction from a restarant in a mall I use to go to several years ago. It has been out of business for years now. I would always order this when I went shopping there. Put garlic bread and a wonderful side salad and you have a wonderful meal to serve company or a family meal. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
2 cups chopped celery ribs |
1 cup diced onion |
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/4 cup chopped fresh white mushroom |
1 lb broccoli |
1 1/4 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts |
16 ounces cream cheese |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add chicken and seasoning, add cream cheese and boil over low till melted. Pour mixture into butter casserole. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown. |
