Easy and perfect for fix and sit for a while. Serve with white rice to sop up the amazing gravy. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinned |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup chicken broth or 1/2 cup sherry wine |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Salt chicken and place in oblong baking dish. Combine sour cream, soup, and broth and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika, Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. |
