Chicken Breasts in Cream Sauce |

Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 cup chicken broth |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 cup water |
parsley (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken breast. 2. Place breasts in oven dish. 3. Mix together the onion, garlic, cream, broth, salt, white pepper and worcestershire and mix well. 4. Pour over the chicken and bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. 5. After baking, remove breasts; strain juices into saucepan. 6. Add 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup water. 7. Mix with whisk until thickened. 8. Add milk if too thick. 9. Pour sauce over breasts and garnish with parsley. |
