1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. 3. Transfer chicken to a platter; keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low; add vinegar and honey to pan. Simmer 1 minute or until glaze thickens; stir constantly. Pour glaze over chicken. |
