4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. 3. Transfer chicken to a platter; keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low; add vinegar and honey to pan. Simmer 1 minute or until glaze thickens; stir constantly. Pour glaze over chicken.
