I have made this recipe so many times and never get sick of it. You won't be disappointed Ingredients:
marinade |
4-6 boneless chicken breasts |
2 c. sour cream |
3 tbsp. lemon juice |
1 tbsp. worcestshire sauce |
2 tsp. celery salt |
2 tsp. paprika |
1/2 tps. salt |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
4 garlic cloves minced |
other ingredients |
dry bread crumbs (seasoned) (i have mashed croutons when out of bread crumbs) |
1/3 c. butter |
Directions:
1. In large bowl mix marinade ingredients well. 2. Add Chicken to marinade covering each piece. 3. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 4. Lightly grease large enough baking dish so the breasts won't touch. 5. Remove chicken from mixture. I keep as much marinade on it is stays on. Coat chicken with crumbs and place in dish in a single layer. Discard rest of marinade. Drizzle melted butter over chicken and bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. |
