I couldn't find the wrap even close to the one's I use, so this is minus the Wrap... (so i add additional 90 cals for wrap) Total=289 calories...
Ingredients:
1/2 (86 grams) chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 serving lettuce
1 onion slice, thin
1 tomato, 4-slices
2 tbsp (16 grams) fat free mayo
Directions:
1. take wrap, spead mayo on it, add mustard if want, then add 1 lettuce leaf, tomatoes, onion then chicken breast.. top with salt and pepper to taste.. roll up... enjoy....
