Divine describes this recipe well! This is incredibly delicious, and wonderful for company. Guests always rave and request the recipe. Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts, halved, boned, and skinned |
6 slices bacon |
1 jar dried beef |
2 cans cream of chicken soup |
1-1/2 cups sour cream |
1 8 oz. package cream cheese |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. First, pepper, do NOT salt chicken breasts. Wrap one slice bacon around each breast. Place layer of dried beef in bottom of large baking dish. Then place wrapped chicken breasts on top of dried beef. Mix together chicken soup, sour cream and cream cheese in mixer or food processor. Cover chicken breasts with mixture and cover baking dish tightly with foil. Place in 325 degree oven and cook for 2 hours. Remove foil and let brown well. Serve on a bed of rice. |
