A yummy in your tummy soup! Quick and easy to make. Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa |
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast |
1 cup cooked brown rice |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. 2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat through. |
