A very healthy delicious soup. Ingredients:
1/2 head raw green cabbage |
2 ounces cooked chicken breasts |
1 red bell pepper |
3 tablespoons salsa |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup cooked brown rice |
1 cup pinto beans |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 minced garlic clove |
4 cups water |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients. 2. bring to boil. 3. simmer for 10 minutes. 4. serve! |
