Chicken Barley Vegetable Soup/Stew (Crock Pot)

Good high protein, high fiber soup
Ingredients:
1 cup barley
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
5 (10g) vegetable bouillon cubes
16 ounce frozen vegetables, thawed
10 cups water
Directions:
1. Combine water, thawed veggies and bouillon cubes in crock pot.
2. Cover and set to LOW.
3. After 4 hours, add barley and chicken.
4. Stir and recover to cook for another 4 hours.
5. ** The one cup of barley makes the consistancy more like a stew; you can cut this down to a 1/2 cup if you prefer more of a liquid soup.
6. ** Also, the cooking time above is geared toward the working individual; I'm sure you can cut this in half by setting to HIGH and add the additional ingredients after two hours.
