Chicken Barbecue Sandwiches

This is an easy healthy meal to feed your family.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup (i use reduce sugar ketchup)
2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar blend (equals 4tbsp regular brown sugar)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar or 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2-1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste
5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
hamburger bun, to serve
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the chicken & buns.
2. Place the chicken into a crock pot then pour the sauce over until the chicken is smothered. Cover with the lid & cook on low for 5-6 hours.
3. Shredded the chicken with a fork then scoop the mixture onto the buns.
