Chicken Balti Curry made from Patak's Balti Curry Paste Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast |
140 g curry paste |
400 g canned tomatoes |
1 onion |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. heat oil and cook onion until softened and browned 2. add chicken until sealed 3. add curry paste and fry for 2 mins 4. add tomatoes and 200ml of water 5. cook for 30mins until chicken cooked through and sauce has reduced slightly |
