Ingredients:
3 whole(s) boiled eggs small dice |
1 can(s) 12 oz. canned chicken drained |
1-2 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard |
2-4 tablespoon(s) pickle relish |
1/4-1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 whole(s) fuji apple, med, unpeeled small dice |
Directions:
1. Bring eggs to boil and maintain for 5 min. Remove from heat and let sit for 5-7 min. Cool, peel, and dice. 2. Dice Fuji apple. 3. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 4. Serve as sandwich or as main dish. |
