Spinach Salad w/ tomatos, apples, cucumbers Seared chicken strips Balsalmic dressing Ingredients:
1/2 lb chicken breast |
2 tbsp olive oil |
3 cups spinach |
1/2 cup tomato, diced |
1/3 cup cucumber, sliced |
1 apple, sliced |
Directions:
1. cut veggies 2. sear chicken after soaking in 1 tbsp evoo and balsalmic vinigar. 3. add cooked chicken to the top of the salad. |
