                    This is a compilation of two recipes - to create the taste I was after. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups chicken, cooked and diced  |  
                                                1 medium red apple, diced  |  
                                                1 medium green apple, diced  |  
                                                1/2 cup green grape, halved  |  
                                                1 cup celery, sliced  |  
                                                1 cup walnuts, diced  |  
                                                1 cup mayonnaise  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                6 -8 lettuce leaves  |  
                                                6 -8 croissants or 6 -8 rolls  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions:
