Chicken, Apple and Grape Salad |

This is always a hit. You can either serve it on a lettuce leaf or in a croissant. Disappears fast. Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts (can used canned) |
1 cup grapes, cut in half |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1 cup diced fresh apple |
3 -4 tablespoons chopped nuts |
1/2 teaspoon curry (optional) |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Place chicken, grapes, celery apple and nuts in a bowl. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry and fold into chicken mixture. Serve on a lettuce leaf or on a croissant. |
