1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Allow dough to come to room temperature for 20 minutes. Roll out dough to fit a jelly roll pan. 3. Slice sausage at an angle. Cut pepper into thin rings. 4. Spread thin layer of sauce on crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Evenly distribute sliced sausage and pepper. Add ricotta 1/2 teaspoon at a time evenly over entire pizza. 5. Cook 15 minutes or until pizza crust is lightly browned.
