Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole |

Simple but delicious casserole. Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken (or more) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped onions (or more) |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup |
1 (6 ounce) box wild rice, cooked according to directions |
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Place into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 3. This can also be frozen and baked later. |
