Chicken and Vegetables in Oyster Sauce and Black Pepper |

stir fry Ingredients:
5 g grapeseed oil |
343 g chicken, diced |
172 g carrot, sliced |
171 g broccoli, diced |
145 g pak choi (supposed to be 131g asparagus, chopped) |
105 g pak choi |
36 g oyster sauce |
1 dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil, add the chicken, stir until opaque. Add the carrot, broccoli, stir. Add asparagus, stir. Add oyster sauce and mix thouroughly, add black pepper, stir again. Finally when nearly done, add pak choi leaves, steam for a few minutes, stir in, mix, serve. |
