This is a very nice dish that's also very quick to put on the table. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup sliced yellow squash |
1 cup peeled baby carrots, halved |
1 cup diced zucchini |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side. 2. Add vegetables, spices and wine. 3. Cover and cook on med for 8 minutes. |
