Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry |

Stir Fry with lots of vegetables and no fat. Ingredients:
8 ozs. chicken, cut up |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
2 carrots, sliced |
1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut up |
1 stalk celery, cut up |
1 green pepper, cut in strips |
1 red pepper, cut in strips |
8 ozs. mushrooms, sliced |
2 tsps. dijon mustard |
2 tsps. lemon juice |
1 tsp. dill weed |
Directions:
1. Put Italian dressing in large fry pan. Saute chicken in dressing. 2. Add vegetables and cook about 5 - 8 minutes. 3. Mix together lemon juice, mustard and dill weed. Add to chicken and vegetables and mix through. 4. Serve of brown rice. |
