Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Stir Fry with lots of vegetables and no fat.
Ingredients:
8 ozs. chicken, cut up
1/2 cup italian dressing
2 carrots, sliced
1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut up
1 stalk celery, cut up
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 red pepper, cut in strips
8 ozs. mushrooms, sliced
2 tsps. dijon mustard
2 tsps. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
Directions:
1. Put Italian dressing in large fry pan. Saute chicken in dressing.
2. Add vegetables and cook about 5 - 8 minutes.
3. Mix together lemon juice, mustard and dill weed. Add to chicken and vegetables and mix through.
4. Serve of brown rice.
