name says it all serves 8 when you eat half a chicken breast Ingredients:
4 chicken breast |
1 can of cream of celery soup |
4 cups broccoli |
6 oz stove top stuffing mix |
Directions:
1. place thawed chicken breast in a greased cassarole dish 2. poor broccoli or any veggie over the chicken 3. mix cream of celery soup with one can of water and poor of chicken and veggies. 4. Mix dry stuffing mix with small amount of water (just enough to make it moist) and cover over the top 5. cover and bake at 420 degrees for 45 min or until chicken is done then bake an additional 10 min or til stuffing is crisp |
