chicken and shrimp jambalaya
Ingredients:
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs
4 oz turkey sausage
1 1/2 cups chopped red, yellow, or green sweet pepper
1 cup thinly sliced celery (2 stalks)
1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz green chili peppers
2 tablespoons tapioca
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 ounces shrimp, thawed
2 cups frozen cut okra
Directions:
1. add all ingr in crock pot, except shrimp and okra
2. Slow cook 8 hours
3. add shrimp and okra
4. cook 20 min.
5. Serve
