2 -3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped |
1 3/4 cups water |
1 3/4 cups chicken broth |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 1/2 cups loose frozen corn |
1 cup chunky salsa |
shredded monterey jack cheese |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken through chili powder. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Add corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add salsa and heat soup. 2. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips. |
