My children's chose this for their best quiche. Chicken and rosemary is good combination with mushroom. Very standard recipe, this is for my son. Ingredients:
1 box ready to bake pastry sheet (375g) |
2 pieces chicken tighs (300g) borne-off and cut half bite size |
2 medium size onion finely slice |
100g mushroom finely slice |
salt and pepper for seasoning |
a) 3 eggs |
a) 150g gratd cheddar cheese |
a) 250cc double cream |
1 spring rosemary |
Directions:
1. Pre-bake pastry in 9-inch quiche tin about 10 min (200 degree C oven) 2. +++++++++++ 3. Cook the onion first until golden brown and add the mushroom, cook until sweat 4. Move onion and mushroom into bowl 5. Cook chicken well and seasoned 6. Add chicken into bowl then pour all a) ingredients, mix well 7. ++++++++++++ 8. Put fillings into pre-baked pastry 9. And spread chopped rosemary 10. Bake 40-45 min and serve hot |
