Easy, tasty, filling Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 1/3 cups water |
3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain rice |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Stir soup, water, rice in baking dish. Top with chicken. Cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes. Top with cheese. Let sitfor 5 minutes to cool. |
