2 chicken broth |

1 jar(s) 2 oz pimentos |
1 strip(s) medium green pepper cut |

Directions:
1. COOK ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT. ADD RICE, BROTH,SALT AND PEPPER. HEAT TO BOILING, REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER 15 MIN OR UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. MIX LIGHTLY, COOK COVERED 5 MINS. LONGER. |
