Ingredients:
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (lowfat) |
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (lowfat) |
1 can(s) cream of celery soup |
1 - 2 pound(s) boneless chicken breast or pieces |
1 can(s) water |
1 1/2 cup(s) white or brown rice uncooked |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Salt and pepper chicken and put into roaster. Add soup mixture covering chicken. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 2. Preparation time is about 20 minutes. Cooking time is 1 hour, 30 minutes. |
