Chicken and Rice Casserole

a nice casserole for a cold day
Ingredients:
6 cups cooked white rice
2 cups cooked broccoli
2 cups cooked cauliflower
3 cups cooked chicken
1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions:
1. Mix rice, veggies, chicken, soup, and ranch dressing in a very large bowl.
2. Make chicken broth from the chicken bouillon cubes and mix into mixture.
3. Add spice to taste, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce.
4. Cover and cook on 350 until hot and bubbly, approx. 40 minutes. If wanted, add velvetta cheese on top and melt just before serving.
