Easy supper Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/3 c. chicken broth |
3/4 c. uncooked regular long-grain white rice |
1/4 tsp. paprika |
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix soup, chicken broth, paprika and black pepper in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. 3. Top with chicken. 4. Season with additional paprika and pepper. 5. Cover. 6. Bake 45 min. or until done. |
