1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1/4 cup parsley |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
1 1/4 cups uncooked white rice |
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix all ingredients in 3 quart baking dish, cover and bake 20 minutes. 3. Top w/chicken, sprinkle w/paprika. 4. Bake an additional 30 minutes. |
