Ingredients:
1 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken tenders |
1/4 cup(s) bottled stir fry sauce |
1-8.8 ounce(s) cooked brown or white rice |
1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil |
1/2 cup(s) frozen peas |
Directions:
1. Stir peas into rice pouch. Heat in microwave according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir chicken in hot oil over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir rice mixture into skillet. Stir in stir-fry sauce; heat through. |
