Another recipe I copied for a 5 ingredient cookbook Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water |
1 cup rice |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix water, rice, soup and dry soup mix together in a 9x13 baking pan. Place chicken on top. Bake covered 1 -1 1/2 hrs or until chicken is cooked. |
