Very easy and yummy! This recipe has been shared often in my family. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rice |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
15 chicken breast tenders or 6 chicken breast halves |
poultry seasoning |
Directions:
1. In a baking dish or roaster place the rice. 2. Place the chicken on top of the rice. 3. Sprinkle seasoning over the chicken. 4. Mix all soups together in a bowl. 5. Carefully pour the soup mixture over the chicken and the rice. 6. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour for the tenders and about 2 hours for the breast halves. |
