Made in a slow cooker. From Farberware. **Ingredients: breast, green onion, celery, chopped, pepper, soy sauce, dry white wine, chicken broth, water, rice cvt Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless (about 2 whole) |
1 cup green onion |
2 cups celery, chopped |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
1 1/2 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth |
1 cup water |
1 cup uncooked rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except rice in a slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. 3. Stir in rice. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional hour, stirring twice, or until rice is tender. |
