1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned |
2 celery ribs, diced |
2 scallions, sliced |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
lettuce or watercress |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Toss gently to combine. 2. Serve on lettuce or watercress. |
