2 cups egg noodles |
1 pound chicken, cooked & cubed |
1/2 cup shallots, diced |
8 oz mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup white wine |
1 cup skim milk |
2 teaspoons flour |
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water 7-10 minutes. In a skillet, add next 4 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes. Combine the milk and flour. Add to the pan. Cook 3 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the cheese melts. Serve over pasta. |
