Chicken and Mushroom Saute

Easy combo of chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients:
8 ounces chicken breast
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons oil
8 ounces mushrooms
8 ounces chicken broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
2. Heat butter and oil in a nonstick skillet until bubbly.
3. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through, 3 or 4 minutes.
4. Remove and set aside.
5. Add mushrooms to same skillet and saute for 5 minutes.
6. Add broth, cornstarch, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook, stirring frequently, until liquid is thickened, 1 or 2 minutes.
8. Return chicken to skillet until heated through.
