This is my favorite chicken salad. It is tasty, healthy and loaded with fantastic fruity flavors. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken breast separated into chunks
1 bag tricolor rotini or any large pasta
2 cans chunk pineapple drained
2 cups apple chunks (red and green for color)
2 cups grapes (red and green) sliced in half
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 cups cashew halves
2 cups chopped celery
1 bunch green onions
1 large bottle pimento
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bottle coleslaw dressing
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Chill several hours before serving.
