Make this soup and than add a biscut on top... YUMMMMMM Ingredients:
192 g 1 bell pepper |
135 g 2 stalks of celery |
122 g aprox 10 carrots |
45 g 3 green onions |
24 g 5-6 garlic cloves |
1 g 3 thyme sprigs |
1 g dash of nutmeg |
1 g 1 bay leaf fresh or dry |
33 g 4 tbs oat flour |
1440 g 6 cups chicken stock |
420 g 6 chicken tender strips cooked and cut into bite sized pieces |
27 g 2 tbs evoo |
Directions:
1. brown meat and set asde. 2. use the oil from the meat in a soup pot and add in all veggies and brown them up 3. put in the thyme, bay leafe stir and make happy, add int he flour to make a rou stir it around a bit add in the chicken stock and a dash of cream or milk 4. while this is thickening and getting happy chop the chicken into bit sized pieces add them into the pot and heat through. 5. put either a home made biscut on top OR buy some from the store as you cut through it ont he top of the soup it rolls around and turns into a dumpling of sourts. |
